Named after springtime, this wine is a bright and fresh expression of Chardonnay. This wine is a blend of Chardonnay from the winery's Estate vineyards in Granton, Derwent Valley and Cradoc, Huon Valley. These two terroirs build a layered flavour profile, the richness coming from the Granton
fruit beautifully complemented by the brightness coming from the Cradoc fruit. All of the Chardonnay is matured in 100% oak with a portion of the juice filling 228L barriques and the other portion in seasoned 500L Austrian oak foudres.
