Established in 1849, Yalumba is Australia’s oldest family-owned winery. Founded by Samuel Smith, the Hill-Smith family has been making fine wine in the heart of the Barossa for six generations. The Cabernet Sauvignon was sourced from two vineyards in the Barossa Valley. The Shiraz comes from vineyards of varying age, with the oldest planted in 1925. Full bodied, rich and concentrated with fine, flowing tannins and lovely texture in perfect harmony.
