Saltfleet Fiano 2025
Saltfleet is the collaboration of two mates who share a love for good wine, good company, and the good life. With 24 vintages between us, we bring a depth of experience and a shared passion for crafting fine wines from exceptional vineyard sites across McLaren Vale. Fiano is an Italian variety perfectly suited to our Mediterranean climate. Sourced from a single organic vineyard in Blewitt Springs, where a cooler microclimate helps to retain natural acidity and freshness. Fermented cool in stainless steel to preserve vibrancy, the wine was then finished in seasoned French oak barriques. The result is a stone-fruited expression with a zesty citrus finish and a bright, textural palate.
