Vanguardist Botanic Field Blend Gsm 2024

Vanguardist's Botanic collection celebrates terroir, its unique ecosystem & the vigneron’s craft. The stunning labels are inspired by the flora & fauna that thrive in this vineyard. From a single vineyard in Seppeltsfield, Barossa Valley. The organically-grown Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre are interplanted as a true field blend on just under 1Ha in total. All grapes were picked at once and co-fermented; five weeks on skins, then eight months in seasoned French puncheons.

Bright and pure, this wine offers a mid-weight frame with popping, fine-grained tannins. Red and purple fruit — think cherry, raspberry, blackberry — is laced with savory herbs, dark spice, and a touch of mineral earthiness. It’s fresh and lively, with a softly textured finish.
